AVOID THE BRAND. Nike prices for garbage products. Purchased a pair of mallet trainers for £149 after seeing the discount of 25%. They're so uncomfortable absolutely no cushioning whatsoever, feels like I'm wearing a pair of formal shoes. Can feel every bit of the ground especially the toes. I can now see why most of their trainers are discounted not only on their own website but other retailers like Flannels. Do not buy them and make the mistake I did, stick to the trainer brands we all know. STAY CLEAR!!!

Purchased a pair of Mallets. Took my money out, chased the mallet team who were very slow to react. After 7 days they cancelled my order and said OUT OF STOCK. They have a feeble explanation of why and then took 3 days to respond and processed my money back into my account.

Absolutely disgusting! Currently have my faulty trainers and now are not responding to any emails. Taken payment and I have no shoes since returning the original faulty ones! They tell me there is a problem with my return, I have sent them all the tracking information which clearly shows a member of their staff taking delivery of them!

Tommy you should be ashamed of your company and staff who clearly allow faulty goods to be sent to customers, who then don’t see they need to fix the problem.

I will be contacting TRADING STANDARDS.

Trainers are not the cheapest but (hopefully) you get what you pay for. Only worn once and don't be surprised if you walk a little weird first of all due to the chunky sole but that soon goes. Really comfortable and smart - easily get away with a pair of shorts and t-shirt but also worn more smart. Basically very vesatile plus for the shorter fella put there the chunky sole will add about an inch and a bit to your height. Win win! Nice box and shoe horn, well presented. Had also bought a pair for my boy a few weeks ago as a present

Shocking quality for shoes - pay over £150 for the insoles to come out on second wear on one shoe. Customer service claim this is how the product is designed…other insole is glued down nicely.
Don’t offer any exchange, refund of help.
Deffo won’t be purchasing again.

Awful company. They’re not interested if you have a problem with an order/product, in fact, their Customer Service don’t even bother replying to queries. However, they’ve all the time in the world to spam you with offers. My advice is spend your money with a proper company who value their customer. Not these clowns.

The whole process was amazing, quick delivery and free, who doesn’t love free delivery! Beautiful packaging from the postage box to the shoe box which is so lovely, the tissue paper, the extra laces in their cute little pouch and the shoe horn, from the moment you open the parcel it feels special. The quality of the trainers is outstanding, they are so gorgeous,I love them and the fit is true to size, I ordered the GRFTR in silver glitter

I was sent a worn, damaged pair of trainers that had clearly been returned and then just sent out to me in a damaged box without being checked.
Advised me to return but as only one pair left in my size - I probably won't get an exchange ? For the price of the trainers - the service and quality are shocking.

I unpacked the trainers and found Stanley blades within the plastic inside the trainer. Reported this to the customer service department and yet to receive a useful response except from “a full investigation is underway and our warehouse denies that the equipment is theirs”. A shambles of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Shocking !!!! Leather peeling after wearing them twice was a Christmas gift and the company saying they want them back before they will refund no no no why should I go out my way they are faulty and should just get sent a new pair .. ignoring my emails now

Shocking returns process, you got to wait for them to approve your return which can take several days, and then you can only return via dpd drop-off, some stores are several miles away, and I am convinced they just throw your return in a large pile and process them once they can be bothered, still waiting for my money back, will just order from a real company who knows how to treat customers fairly and manage a company properly Mallet only cares about £££, not the customers
